Last updated: 22 October 2026
Who is responsible
This website is run by Patries Boekholt, Innovation Policy Matters, the Netherlands. She is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, email info@boekholt-ipm.eu.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, your email address and your message. We use these only to answer your message and for any follow-up you ask for. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by email.
Your message is not stored on this website. It is sent by email to Patries Boekholt through the email delivery service Lettermint, and kept in her mailbox no longer than necessary.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Umami, hosted on our web developer’s own server in the EU. Umami does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not follow you across websites. The statistics are anonymous.
Cookies
This website does not place cookies on your device.
Server logs and security
Like any website, the server records technical data for every visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after 14 days. Security events, such as blocked login attempts, are kept for up to 60 days.
Who processes data for us
- Hosting and maintenance: Computerservice Heuvelland, on servers of Hetzner in Germany.
- Email delivery: Lettermint, the Netherlands.
- Mailbox: Microsoft 365. Microsoft may process data outside the EU, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
These parties process data only on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
